Refund policy

At N3sleep we aim for satisfied customers. Below you can read everything about returns, exchanges and refunds.

Right of withdrawal – 14-day return period

As a consumer, you have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition: undamaged, unused and complete.

  • The original packaging and accessories must be returned with it.

  • You have the order confirmation you received by email.

  • Return requests must be submitted in advance via refund@n3sleep.co.uk.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further instructions and a returns form.

Returns without an approved request or without the form will not be accepted.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Damage and issues

Check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us straight away if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged.

  • You have received the wrong item.

This allows us to assess and resolve the problem. We do not accept returns of damaged items without prior notification.

Exchanges

Changed your mind?
The fastest way is to return the product following the normal procedure.
Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

United Kingdom and European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

Do you live in the UK or the EU? Then you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason.
The conditions are the same as the standard right of withdrawal: unused, undamaged, in the original packaging with all accessories.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation.

  • If approved, the purchase amount and any original shipping costs will be refunded within 10 working days.

  • Returns without a returns form cannot be processed.

  • Please allow for processing time at your bank or card provider.

30-Day Trial – Additional Guarantee

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, N3sleep offers an extra arrangement: the 30-day trial guarantee.

You qualify if:

  • The product has only been briefly tested, without damage or signs of use.

  • The item is complete and in its original condition (including packaging and accessories).

  • You submit your return request within 30 days.

  • The parcel reaches us within 5 working days of approval.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.
