WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
N3sleep covers the shipping costs for orders over £60.
For orders below this amount, the following shipping costs apply:

  • United Kingdom: £6,95

*The cost of returning your item is always at your own expense.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all our items with Track & Trace.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its status.
You can also track your order via our order status page.

Please note: it can sometimes take a few days before tracking information becomes available.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
N3sleep aims for fast and careful delivery.
Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days. The average delivery time is:

  • United Kingdom: 7–9 working days

  • EU countries: 7–14 working days

  • International: depending on country and carrier

I'M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be held for you for 7 days at a local collection point.
You will receive a message from the carrier with the collection address.
After 7 days, the parcel is automatically returned to our warehouse.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON LOGISTICS AND STATUS UPDATES
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. In some cases it can take a few days before the shipping status becomes visible, due to delays in our logistics partners' systems. Rest assured: even if your tracking temporarily shows no updates, your order is on its way.
We do everything we can to ensure your parcel is delivered within the expected delivery time of 7–9 working days, provided no unforeseen delays occur.
We will actively keep you informed of any important changes.

Customs charges may apply to international orders. These are payable by the customer.
